Coca Cola Bottling in Elwood

I am seeking additional information about the former Coca Cola bottling facility in Elwood. It was located at 1608 South A Street, opening and closing dates for the facility are still a mystery. I would also be interested in indoor photos of the facility and/or first person stories about the operation of the facility. Any information is appreciated and would be credited appropriately.

I do have at least one indoor photo referenced in a 1963 yearbook photo add. Right now I can confirm the facility was in operation during the 1950’s and open until at least the mid 1960’s. I have some second hand information that the facility may have been in operation as early as 1937 but still unconfirmed.
